How do I adjust the truck tightness?

Tighten or loosen the central kingpin bolt to adjust stiffness. Tighter for more stability at high speed, looser for deeper carving.

What tools are needed for replacement?

A standard skate tool is all you need. Remove the 4 mounting bolts from the deck, swap the truck and tighten firmly.
